10-Day Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
A return may be accepted when:
The product arrives damaged or defective.
There is a manufacturing defect.
The item is materially different from the agreed order specifications.
An incorrect item was shipped by Norvique Atelier.
Customers must contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue.
Refunds
If the product is confirmed to have a qualifying defect or an error on our part, we may provide:
A replacement, where possible; or
A full refund of the eligible purchase amount.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because personalized products are made specifically according to the customer’s requested specifications, customized or personalized items are generally non-returnable for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect customer measurements, preferred style changes, or color preference after production has begun.
However, this does not affect your rights if the product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the agreed specifications.
Return Conditions
Returned items should be:
In their original condition.
Unworn and unused, where applicable.
Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or an error made by Norvique Atelier, we will work with the customer regarding return shipping arrangements.
For returns requested for reasons not caused by Norvique Atelier, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

For made-to-measure products, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We strongly recommend using our Size Guide and contacting us before ordering if you are unsure about sizing.
